There's nothing quite as bad as getting a phone call from your daughter who has tree nut allergies, struggling to breathe and has anaphalaxic reactions to the offending allergens when she wants to go out and have fun and meet people her own age unless you are the young lady who wants to go out and have fun without spending an afternoon with her mother in the hospital. Her moment of glory consisted of a ride in an ambulance and an afternoon spent at the hospital with her mother instead of around people her own age meeting new people. My daughter worked in fast food before she got this severe life threatening allergy at the age of 19 and took everyone's allergies and intolerances very seriously. It's unfortunate that others don't have the same courtesy and can't be bothered to tell the truth when she goes out. Please be careful here.

Burgers are absolutely amazing! So soft and juicy with each bite! And they give you so much fries if you decide to get a combo! The only one thing I must critique is too much salt on the fries but everything else is amazing!

Terrible service time, I stood there for almost an hour after my order was placed and maybe five patties were done. When I finally got it it was cold and had soggy spots everywhere.

I have celiacs disease which is a severe allergy to gluten for those of you who don't know. The past two times I've ordered a gluten-free bun and they gave me a regular one. Other than that the food is pretty good but I'm lucky I noticed that it wasn't gluten-free. So my only complaint is that they don't take food allergies seriously.

Long wait time just for me and everyone in my party to get cold food, this has happened multiple times. They also almost always get my order wrong.

service takes ages. not sure if this is normal for them. when we finally got our food ~40 minutes later, it was just okay. burger was a little overcooked, fries were weirdly both burnt and soggy at the same time, a little cold and overly salty. the burger’s buns felt dry and you could hardly taste the cheese on it. not worth the wait.

If you’re a vegetarian, order the regular burger. If you’re a meat-eater, order the impossible burger.
