We are from out of town. Worst fast-food meal we've ever had. First they forgot to salt the fries. I went back in and they just handed me salt. My kids were hungry so I didn't argue. Then when we got to the hotel, the lemonade was mostly water. The coke tasted funny like perfume, and two of the burgers were ice cold. Not even a little warm and it was only a 6 minute drive back to the room. It should have been warm.

I have come to this location at least 3 or 4 separate occasions specifically to get a milkshake, and every single time I have been told that the milkshake machine is broken. Makes me wonder if it’s really broken, or if the employees just don’t want to make a milkshake or clean the machine. To this day I have never had a milkshake from here, and I’m starting to think I never will. Today was the tipping point that led me to leave a review. My friend and I came in for the burger deal you were running, and she placed an order on the app for a milkshake and got the burger free (I was having trouble with the app and was going to order at the counter, but never got that far). There was no problem for her placing an order for a milkshake on the app, and it did not indicate that they were not available. We went inside, her name was called, and she didn’t receive her milkshake, just her burger. We waited a couple minutes and then asked about it, and were told that the machine wasn’t working. Employee didn’t even know how she could get a refund in the app, and offered no alternatives or apologies. Would’ve been nice to be told instead of having to ask about it. Would’ve been even nicer if we were able to get milkshakes….

Ordered a milkshake on the app, come to find out their machine was down. They said they couldn't refund us and that we had to do it through the app, which in other Burger King restaurants this has not been the case. We tried to refund through the app and it now says it will take up to 48 hours to receive a response from their support. After complaining to the manager, she then was talking bad about us to her co-workers, loud enough that we could hear her from our booth. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. Food was normal quality for Burger King.Tables were not cleaned and I had to clean it myself, while staff gossiped behind the counter.

The owner should drive through so that they can wait for 27 minutes in the drive through. Might help improve their service standards. The morning crew for 18FEB2024 sucks.
Staff is very rude. I worked here for two years so I know how to order and I understand I might talk fast. She told me to stop and slow down in a rude manner. I think because she was rude off the intercom and when she saw us to pay she changed her demeanor. Staff wasn’t wearing name tags so I didn’t catch her name. Manager said she doesn’t care about her job here lol.We specifically asked for our burgers to be microwaved which she said “they always are” and I said that’s not true and now we have 4 cheeseburgers that aren’t microwaved and old chicken nuggets that are hard :)

They were out of whoppers. So I had to stay in the drive through line in site of not ordering anything. The truck in front of me took 20 minutes to get their food. How does burger king not have whoppers? And why did it take so long to get through the line? Come to this location at your own risk.
