absolutely the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Even for a college this is sad. incorrect orders, slow times, long waits, huge crowds and often undercooked chicken. I’d give it 0 stars if i could 0/10.

My son got food poisoning from there last Friday.It's been impossible to get them to answer the phone. It keeps ringing busy. I tried calling on Saturday and Monday at different times. No luck.This has been reported to Poison Control and the Coconino Health Department

Had to wait 15 minutes to recieve an online order. I finally received the order they only gave me the sandwiches, no drinks and no fry's, was given no straws, forks, and the wrong amount of sauces. By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to
