We are on the road traveling and ordered for our family of 6. We of course ordered the family meal and asked for paper plates, extra napkins and wipes. Their response was they didn’t offer paper plates or wet wipes and the napkins were in the bag. When opening our bag, we got 4 napkins. Seriously! We order a family meal for 4 people and 3 chicken sandwiches and you think 4 napkins are adequate? We used the extra bags for plates. Other chick-fil-a restaurants offer...

Once again pleasantly disappointed with quality and affordability. Had no other choice as we were headed to hotel and we were hungry. Nothing else close. I can't understand how people think this place is so great. Mediocre at best for chicken

Got breakfast here while we were traveling. We both got the chicken mini biscuits and my husband took a bite out of one and the whole chicken was purple/black. It was raw! Instantly my husband felt sick. I unfortunately didn’t call and let them know about it because I was lazy from all the driving we’ve been doing.
