I come to this chick-fil-a around twice per month, and I’ve never had a bad experience. tonight, Emma L was the best ! she deserves extra praise. shoutout Route 66 chick-fil-a!!!

We are on the road traveling and ordered for our family of 6. We of course ordered the family meal and asked for paper plates, extra napkins and wipes. Their response was they didn’t offer paper plates or wet wipes and the napkins were in the bag. When opening our bag, we got 4 napkins. Seriously! We order a family meal for 4 people and 3 chicken sandwiches and you think 4 napkins are adequate? We used the extra bags for plates. Other chick-fil-a restaurants offer...
