Gotta have it was barely filled to the brim of the cup. I have been to other places that have the cup over flowing with ice cream. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here when driving through Flagstaff. Wasn’t mixed well either.

The ice cream is good. The ingredients are good. But the quantities of mix ins in my “gotta have it” waffle cone was sad. Hadn’t been to cold stone in a long time. Wont be back. $12 dollars for a waffle cone and there was so little brownie it was pitiful. I PROMISE your waffle cone wont look like the pictures. 1/2 as much ice cream, 1/4 of the mixers.

Was sitting eating my ice cream, which was great as always, when an elderly gentleman came in. The cashier was awesome with him, knew exactly what he wanted, had a short conversation while making his order and then walked him out to his car. Great customer service!

The best ice cream you can get in Flagstaff, in my opinion. And this comes from an ice cream snob that makes his own ice cream a lot. I've also been very impressed with their staff, I can't think of a time I've been there (20+ times) and their staff hasn't been very welcoming and kind.

Ice cream is good, the gal who served us was very nice. Every time we come here the doors are locked 5 to 10 minutes early. This particular visit five minutes before closing. A young man decided it was OK to spray cleaning fluids around the gal near the cold slab where she was mixing my ice cream, just so he could hurry and clean up and get out of work! When I asked him to stop spraying, he said, well, we're closed! I've come here on numerous occasions within 10 to 15 minutes of closing. only to be turned away. Too bad for the owner. Your employees are only worried about closing their doors to get off of work early. I thought this was a customer service industry where you actually wanted to make money while you're in business. If I were the owner, I think I would've presumed I'm in business to make money and to provide customer service whether it's 2 to 3 minutes past closing or not!

I really don't understand the low score on Yelp for this ice cream location. It was good. The two girls serving us were kind, friendly and efficient. Both worked their butts off while we were there. The ice cream was great. It was exactly what I was expecting from the location. Big portions. I couldn't eat it all, should've gotten a "like it" size. Highly recommend the smaller version. It's plenty. The location is in a strip mall. Nothing special there, but it was clean and had a clean restroom to wash your hands!

I’ve lived in this city a whole year and never even noticed this was over here! I’d googled if we had any CSC locations nearby, cuz I wanted to get a gift card for my friend’s kid (So she could get a bday dessert on me, since I can’t be with them to celebrate). When I came in, the atmosphere was super clean & smelled amazing!! I’m guessing it was the fresh cones?? Buying a gift card was quick & easy. I asked Ian how much would your typical kid’s size treat cost? He named a specific thing from the menu (can’t remember what it’s called) that he said is a common one that kids seem to like; said it’s about $8. Which all turned out perfect, cuz I had in mind I’d get a $10 gift card. GOOD WORK! He was also very polite & inviting. Even tho I’m not much of a sweets-craver, this’ll be in mind if the opportunity arises to get ice cream somewhere. Hey, it is warming up outside lately.
This was my first time in a cold stone creamery, and I got to say, it was really good. I forgot what I got, but it had both cheesecake ice cream, and then strawberry ice in it , mixed with pie crust and strawberry, mashed together and top with whipped cream, absolutely delicious, friendly staff.

Ordered 2 ice creams and a Shake, for delivery only got the 2 ice creams when calling store they told me they were busy so forgot to give to delivery driver. Call door dash. I Called door dash they called store said no manager on to credit, for me to call back in the morning. Wow where is the ownership now days now I have to call in the morning and I don't even get to enjoy my shake ?

the cream is delectable and the service was fast and efficient. One of the workers by the name of “lacie” i believe, was extremely nice to me and worked with swiftness and productivity. My new favorite ice cream place in flag!
