The best ice cream you can get in Flagstaff, in my opinion. And this comes from an ice cream snob that makes his own ice cream a lot. I've also been very impressed with their staff, I can't think of a time I've been there (20+ times) and their staff hasn't been very welcoming and kind.
I really don't understand the low score on Yelp for this ice cream location. It was good. The two girls serving us were kind, friendly and efficient. Both worked their butts off while we were there. The ice cream was great. It was exactly what I was expecting from the location. Big portions. I couldn't eat it all, should've gotten a "like it" size. Highly recommend the smaller version. Was sitting eating my ice cream, which was great as always, when an elderly gentleman came in. The cashier was awesome with him, knew exactly what he wanted, had a short conversation while making his order and then walked him out to his car. Great customer service!
