“Ten star ⭐️ rating for the store and the three ladies making chocolate today (one lady was Molly). Everyone should visit this amazing shoppe & indulge in their amazing handmade chocolates, they make it right before you. The fudge assortment is one of the most choices I’ve ever seen. These ladies definitely love their job, they are bubbly, friendly and very professional in explaining the chocolate process. We will return the next time we are in Flagstaff to enjoy more treats. Stop in and enjoy yourself!“

“Incredible. I just love their ice cream!!! I don't know why someone leaves bad reviews, apparently they haven't tried ice cream in other places. But I have tried ice cream in different countries and places and this is definitely one of the best ice creams!!!!!“

“Freddy's is amazing. I wait for Veteran's Day all year because Freddy's gives Veteran's any meal of their choice for free!! At this particular location, the staff are extremely friendly, fast, and genuinely considerate. I'll definitely be back and will tell everyone I know to support them. The store is always clean and their sweet tea stocked. Wtg to the Freddy's team. Thank you for supporting Vets!“

“Re: hours they’re open: This location now CLOSES AT 9PM, but the app lets you order until 10. This is not the fault of the people working there, they’re aware of it, but corporate won’t let them update that, according to an employee. (Crumbl corporate is ridiculously strict on every. single. little. thing.) Some of the recent bad reviews are from people who accidentally fell into that hour gap. This is a corporate problem, please don’t take it out on the poor employees. Just be cognizant when you place an order.“
