“Friendliest location I've been too. They were very fast and efficient but I was most impressed by the use of my name and the friendly departure wishes from the staff. I've never had service this good from any other location they could really take a queue from the customer service here. The food was also very fresh and didn't take 2 years to get it to me. Although my visit was short it was a very memorable one. I inky wish I lived closer to visit more often.“
“Writing this review because of the beautiful human beings who own this business. My husband and I have been a customer at this location for years and we have always been happy. But recently when my husband had a hernia surgery, he inquired whether or not they could deliver. They don't TYPICALLY do this, but the man and woman who own the business now didn't hesitate to offer to deliver while he recovers from his surgery! We are GOBSMACKED by this old-fashioned community service and incredibly appreciative of their generous offer. Husband dropped off the empties and pretty soon the owner would bring them to our house, full. We tipped generously, of course. People like this will make us support their business for EVER. Please give them a try!“
“Dairy Queen always gets a 5 out of 5 for their frozen foods and treats. All other "regular" food items? They're rightfully earning a 1-2 out of 5. Eat your main dish elsewhere. For shakes, malts, sundaes, other sweet yummies this is the place to go.“
“The ice cream = delicious. The workers are all real young, which is totally fine, however... they were all cussing while I sat with my 2 children under 10. They were also eating icecream cones right behind the counter. I'm not saying that my kids have never heard cussing, but this is just inappropriate to do where any guest can hear you while on the clock. I'm sure if I worked here I'd be eating a lot of ice cream... but perhaps in the breakroom, or at least just now where guests can see.“
“The food was good and the shakes! But the woman who helped us at the counter wow she was amazing, I didn't catch her name she was a mature woman, She acted more like the best waitress! She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. And just went above and beyond it was amazing.“

The entrance to the parking area could better indicate that the "shop is open" instead of the appearance of a distribution area. Alex was ridiculously nice and could share with me any step of the process of your roasting with great interest and excitement. Thank you Alex. “This is a great little shop that is an add-on to Arturo's Mexican food in Chino Valley Arizona Arturo's food is excellent. Little Dippers has wonderful flavors that you will enjoy how many scoops will you get? Go after you eat at Arturo's just next door or if you just want some ice cream real quick jump in the car.“

Good thing he came here because they have good ice cream. I wonder sometimes if people come to this place because they like ice cream. “This DQ opens at 10am and closes at 9pm everyday. They have ice cream cakes (usually you have to call and place an order for those unless there are some already decorated) and dilly bars. They do not have orange Julius (that's at the mall). The service is good, food is usually decent, and the ice cream is bangin'. It's fast food, so don't expect anything fancy.“
