“Bosa doesn't need my review but I'm going to give it. The donuts are the best in town. They totally crush the national chain in Flagstaff and all the local grocery stores. Open super early and way later than you expect for a donut shop, they continue to sell fresh donuts all day. The breakfast sandwiches are decent too. And their regular coffee (a necessary donut accoutrement) is worth the price. I strongly recommend them. The price is steep, which is the necessary deterrent from my going weekly, saving my budget and waistline. But they are dang good.“
“A great little coffee shop. I came and got an espresso while I completed a few assignments. They had a decent amount of seating (unfortunately not many outlets that i saw) and a cool interior. They also began roasting the coffee beans in front of us to see. Loved the transparency of the process and it filled the shop with a gorgeous smell!“

“I think I just ordered the wrong thing, because it was too sweet for me and tasted just like melted ice cream. EXTREMELY DELICIOUS, but I should have ordered the Lavender Latte--my cousin's drink, which was a perfect blend of coffee, fat (milk), sweetness, and herbal (lavender) flavor. Perfect for those who actually like the taste of black coffee. Pastries taste FRESH as hell, highly reccomend anything topped with fruit.It's very nicely decorated, but feels very gentrified. Of course, I am not native to the area, so maybe it's just my pretentious Phoenix perspective clouding my judgement. They played decent smooth jazz/bossa nova music at a reasonable volume, and the stools weren't uncomfortable. HATCH N' HASH BURRO (8/10) - Delicious flavors! I love potatoes in a breakfast burrito and the hatch green chiles were super tasty! It got a little soggy but that's kinda unavoidable for a burrito. It was cut in half which made it easy to split and eat in the car. Both coffees were delicious as well! “My friend and I are driving cross country with a dog that just got rehomed with me and we were looking to support local coffee along the way. I called Matador to ask if they were dog friendly and they were, and SO nice! It was cute inside and my dog was allowed in there too and they gave us treats and we had excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. And then a barista came out holding 2 dog jackets and asked if we wanted one for free, courtesy of another barista who had extras ?! SO SWEET! Lady got the dopest puffy jacket that lights up and it'll keep her so warm for the rest of her trip!“

They have a large selection and great teas, and the place feels cozy and welcoming every time I come in.Dietary restrictions: I have a nut allergy and there was no problems with the teas, all of the ingredients are listed clearly on the teas they sell around the shop. If you do have a nut allergy I would be more cautious around the food since they serve things like macaroons, but I have had no problems with any of the teas and it’s definitely worth it to go for the drinks.“

It can get pretty busy at times so you might have to wait a little for a drink but it's to be expected when you choose a spot that is often pretty popular. Can be a bit pricey, but you're paying for quality ingredients so it's worth it in my opinion.“

Most shops were closed in the bitter cold weather we were afraid we wouldn't be able to find something. So happy Mix coffee was open with welcoming smiles too. They are right in the center of Flagstaff downtown and Old Town shops. We ordered a Peppermint Latte and it warmed the soul. The cupcakes from Honey comb pastries were delicious & festive. Dined in and was given a real latte bowl and plates with silver ware. Felt like they cared about the service, coffee and your experience.
