I stopped at Matador Coffee Roasting Co. and tried the Spicy Smash. The food was good and generously topped,
The space has a fun, eclectic atmosphere, with both indoor seating and a great outdoor patio featuring a colorful Route 66 mural. Parking can be a little confusing. I parked in a lot a couple of businesses down, but it looks like there may also be parking available in the lot directly next door.
They also offer drive-through coffee on certain days of the week....read full review
