“Let me start out by saying I am not easily impressed when it comes to pizza. we came here in January and ordered pizza for the first time for my sons birthday party. Since then I have been dreaming about Fratellis. We are from Phoenix so to say we drove 2 hours yesterday just to come back to Pratellis says a lot. The Route 66 Pizza is so good, Everything about that pizza was DELICIOUS. We also ordered their hot wings and got the Sweet Chili flavor. When I say those were probably some of the best wings I've have in a long time I mean it. To start off the wings themselves were pretty big. They had the perfect combination or crunch on the outside and nice and juicy tender meat on the inside. The flavor was so good! It wasn't too spicy or too sweet. We also ordered the Antipasto salad: So good. Their ranch is delicious. You can definitely tell they make it themselves. Now all we need is for them to open a spot down in Phoenix and all my pizza dreams would come true If you're ever driving through Flagstaff, make a stop here you won't regret it! “I think I just ordered the wrong thing, because it was too sweet for me and tasted just like melted ice cream. EXTREMELY DELICIOUS, but I should have ordered the Lavender Latte--my cousin's drink, which was a perfect blend of coffee, fat (milk), sweetness, and herbal (lavender) flavor. Perfect for those who actually like the taste of black coffee. Pastries taste FRESH as hell, highly reccomend anything topped with fruit.It's very nicely decorated, but feels very gentrified. Of course, I am not native to the area, so maybe it's just my pretentious Phoenix perspective clouding my judgement. They played decent smooth jazz/bossa nova music at a reasonable volume, and the stools weren't uncomfortable. Great place for people watching, staring out the window, reading, or otherwise spending time quietly with yourself or a friend.Service was phenominal. HATCH N' HASH BURRO (8/10) - Delicious flavors! I love potatoes in a breakfast burrito and the hatch green chiles were super tasty! It got a little soggy but that's kinda unavoidable for a burrito. It was cut in half which made it easy to split and eat in the car. Both coffees were delicious as well! I'd definitely stop here again if I were in the area and I'd love to try some of their other food options since the burrito was so good.“
“The service and bowl I got met my expectations from other locations that I've been to. And I was super excited to discover that this location sells both the hemp granola $4.95 and the peanut butter protein granola $6.95. I took away one star because when I walked in the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I'm glad they are keeping the place clean, but it really interfered with the experience.“

“We moved into the apartments next door and decided to take a walk over for lunch, the vibe was calming and welcoming and the service was friendly. The food was DELISH and the iced coffee was a nice pick me up. I deff recommend this place and look forward to visiting this place more !“
