“Flag Baking Co did our wedding cake and it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten! So moist and not too sweet! Everything about this place is amazing and I am so glad they are in the neighborhood. The food is top notch, the baked goods are sweet and flavorful, the coffee is always good and the owners are amazing people.“

“Sourdough bread is great. Good tecture with tangy aftertaste. Large loaf is 2 pounder and cheaper than Beyond Bread. Last time I had one this good it was from La Jolla baking Company. Turkey sandwich was a double decker with generous portions. If it wasn't in a strip mall it would have nailed it.“

“I saw this place when I was walking to a friend’s house and thought it looked cute (a licensed bakery out of a house). I try to support local businesses, so I checked out the website. You place your order, pay, and pick a time slot on Wednesday to pick it up. I just got my order (sourdough bread and molasses crinkle cookies). They are both wonderful, especially the bread. The other reviewers raved about it, and now I’m adding my rave. It’s chewy, dense, with a crispy crust-just as delicious as it sounds! I’m looking forward to trying the other kinds.“

The place is my o to for gas, drinks, or food items. The service people are very helpful and I always have a great experience there. (Only if you beat the school hrs!) Or else you have to wait in long lines. And parking is full! Place is a zoo then!😄👍“

“Just passing through town and I thought Id get a cup of coffee. After reading all the one star reviews of this shop I thought Ive got to check this place out. I mean, the rude bald guy and the grumpy girl with all the piercings, how fun would that be? And then watch people lose it over a cup of coffee? Even better. Sadly though, all the entertainment was run out by the haters and I was treated with plain ole polite good service.“
