“I've seen this bakery every time we've been to Prescott. Today I gave in. The gentleman behind the counter was kind, fun and engaging. We purchased choc chip, peanutbutter and snikerdoodle cookies, an apple turnover and a cannoli. Walking away with our treats I took a bite of the fork center marked peanutbutter cookie and I was taken back to the last time I had a genuine good pb cookie and said to my guy "I haven't had a pb cookie this good since my mom made them, someone's Mom or GMa is back there baking!" EVERYTHING tasted like Mom's baking! Do yourself a favor and don't pass by as many times as we did! Be stopping by in the morning for more before we head home!“

“Although the options for vegans are few, they're mouth-wateringly good, and leave you wanting more. The bagels are made fresh daily, and are seriously NY approved delicious. Theodore's, a local business that got its start at the Prescott Farmers Market, is most known for their pastries and bagels. Although they don't have any vegan pastries, most of their bagels (including a gf option) are vegan, and they offer a vegan schmear. This place is fairly new as a brick-and-mortar establishment (reason why there might not be alot of reviews yet), has wonderful ambience and lots of seating, and has really friendly staff. They have a full coffee menu and fresh squeezed orange juice to go with your morning bagel. I always order an open-faced everything bagel with extra vegan schmere on both sides. They have lots of veg toppers to choose from. I usually get tomatoes and capers. I have gotten the gluten free bagel (comes in plain and everything) and it's good too, but a little smaller than the regular bagel. If you're really hungry, consider ordering two. Don't skip on the house-made hot sauce! It's sooo good, and completely vegan (I asked, no honey). I live in Prescott and go here often. If I were visiting, I would make a point to stop here every day, as it's a reliable and very** affordable option for vegans. “What an impressive experience. I will state, with confidence, that one can compare their pastries to any restaurant from Prescott to Scottsdale. I can say that I find most on par with pastries I've had in Paris! Holiday season- the pumpkin cheesecake bar has the perfect balance of flavor, texture and even salt.
Breads, sandwiches are all first rate!!! I love the Parisian sandwich- ham and cheese and mustard on a baguette. Sounds perhaps simple but when done right, adding “floof “ can distract from tasting the perfect sandwich. You just can’t be disappointed after coming to Pangea Bakery, the best jem I’ve discovered in many years that serves consistent, quality food!“

“The place looks more cohesive than it did when it was Olde World. Not a fan of the name being a slur for the Romani but my breakfast burrito was still piping hot when I got home and that was after I looked at stalls at the Square for the Art Festival. The cupcake and scones I got for the women in my life as early Mother's Day treats went over well. I will be coming back occasionally since that breakfast burrito was so good.Edit: I forgot to mention that the salsa for the breakfast burrito was fantastic! I could drink the stuff it was so good!“
