I can say that I find most on par with pastries I've had in Paris! Holiday season- the pumpkin cheesecake bar has the perfect balance of flavor, texture and even salt.
Breads, sandwiches are all first rate!!! I love the Parisian sandwich- ham and cheese and mustard on a baguette. Sounds perhaps simple but when done right, adding “floof “ can distract from tasting the perfect sandwich. You just can’t be disappointed after coming to Pangea Bakery, the best jem I’ve discovered in many years that serves consistent, quality food!“

The staff is fast and courteous, and provide an amazing dining experience. Not to mention the portion sizes, just look at the pictures attached.
