Great building inside. Also had outside seating. Inside seating is basically old church pews like 30' long. So it's possible you can be sharing a long table with other people, if that's an issue for you. Service was great and quite a bit of choices on the menu. Had the Scotch egg for an app. It was really good and the mustard with it really completed it. Had the Reuben pasty. These things come out really hot and fresh so be prepared to have it sit a few minutes...
Lovely experience from start to finish. The food was really nice, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and they even helped us choose the best drink for us. The ambiance is truly world-class while still feeling cozy, and the outdoor patio is a great bonus. Inside, the open bar and pool tables add to the fun atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant and definitely worth a visit.
We called in on a whim and wasnt sure if it would be good but it was fantastic especially as a brit in usa ,absolutely spot on recipes from pastry to the fillings ,and the pastys are massive ,paige was our server snd was excellent
