My friends and I used to go here almost weekly when we were in college. Anything that required a celebration dinner was a good excuse to have Dara Thai. The food was amazing every time. My first favorite was the garlic with meat (with beef and spice level 5). Although the name sounded odd, the broth is the most addicting liquid I had ever tasted. The reviews for this place are kinda harsh, everything I’ve ever had here has been fine. Whole vegetarians menu, will Make any of it vegan on request. Portions are big. Updated from previous review on 2026-06-30

They can make many of their dishes vegan. We tried 4 different dishes - three curries and a tofu and greens dish, and all were very flavorful and tasty. They had lots of veggies and tofu in each.
