We have been going here since it has opened. The last few months it has been inconsistent as one week the frozen drink machine is broken, then the next week it is broken, then the next week it is being cleaned. We believe that the crew on Sundays just don't want to make the frozen drinks. We have had great service and product from their but the inconsistency is annoying , we had to go to Starbucks again. Maybe they should hire people who want to work and make customer...
WE LIVE ABOUT 100 MILES OUT OF FLAGSTAFF SO EVERY TIME WE COME TO TOWN WE GET MUNCHSKINS IF AVAILABLE. THIS TRIP WE LUCKED OUT AND GOT 50 OF THEM. THE JELLY FILLED AND POWDERED SUGAR ARE OUR FAVORITES. BUT WE GOT ASSORTED THIS TIME. THEY WERE VERY DELICIOUS. THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW WAS THE NICEST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THERE.
The Good: I truly enjoy their coffee drinks. Their iced coffee is the best iced coffee I have found from a fast food restaurant. Their drinks are consistently good and my drink orders have always been accurate. If you don't eat pork, the taste of their turkey sausage is quite good! Most of their employees are friendly and polite.
