Great experience at Dutch Bros in Flagstaff! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and positive. Everyone made us feel right at home. Great drinks, great service, and genuinely nice people. Definitely a place we’ll visit again! ☕🙌

I come to this location at least once a week, so I've had a lot of different experiences here. They seem to go through employees pretty often, so the service and drink quality can vary depending on who's working.

I usually order some kind of iced drink, whether it's a Dutch Soda, Fizz, or lemonade. About 60% of the time when I ask for light ice, I actually get light ice. I know it seems like a small thing, but I'd just like it to be consistent....

Great coffee and employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Recently added a few breakfast/snack items to menu. Love the ability to order ahead on the app so I don't have to wait in the drive through.
