Terrible experience. Waited 20+ minutes in line, then another 15 minutes for a simple Caramel Cold Brew and the staff wasn’t even sure if they make it. My Starship order wasn’t marked out of stock until after I paid, and my bagel came wrong — no avocado, just plain cream cheese. Completely disorganized, slow, and careless. The only reason I go there is cause there’s huge line in Starbucks, but I would rather go to Starbucks from now onwards.

If you have people walking out during their shift maybe you should reevaluate how your running your place. A plain bagel shouldn’t take 40 mins, prioritize easy orders on long waits

Rude staff, they don’t ask if you want your chips and drink with the transfer then roll their eyes and say you have to repay. USED to be a lot better and nicer service.

Incredibly slow and never worth the wait. Took 20 minutes for a bagel and they forgot the pastry and questioned if I ordered it at all after asking for it. The Einstein on south campus is much better don’t bother with this one

Sage was Soooo Awesome it was beyond belief! Perhaps one of the greatest employees to ever work for anyone in the history of the world! She addressed every single issue instantly and with complete perfection. She turned a bad situation from disaster into GOLD. I walked away more satisfied that I could have been if things had gone perfectly from the first moment. SIMPLY ONE OF THE BEST HUMANS ALIVE!

You can clearly tell that negative reviews on this place are from people who don’t understand what being understaffed comes with, or people who simply haven’t worked hard a day in their life. Keep killing it guys. Hard workers in food recognize your hard work. Babies don’t.
