In March, I returned an item to Amazon at Whole Foods in Flagsaff, AZ. I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. I think they have been working on this service, and it is now reliable.
My wife had a return from Amazon and was directed to take it to wholefoods here in Flagstaff which is a big joke. I understand why Amazon is starting to do this to reduce cost on handling returns. We were fortunate enough to get an employee by the name of Heidi who was wonderful to deal with; wife and I are in our 70's and very challenged by today's technology Heidi spent a lot of time with us to try and figure out how to make this return happen we finally went home...
I went to this store years ago when it was New Frontiers and remember loving it. I have since been to Flagstaff on several trips and always wondered what happened to that store. I didn't know the name of it, and nothing looked familiar on happy cow. On this trip I happened to find it on google and have added it to happy cow.
