My wife had a return from Amazon and was directed to take it to wholefoods here in Flagstaff which is a big joke. I understand why Amazon is starting to do this to reduce cost on handling returns. In March, I returned an item to Amazon at Whole Foods in Flagsaff, AZ. I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. I think they have been working on this service, and it is now reliable.
