Disappointing all round except the service was great. From the reviews and photos we were expecting a better experience. The decor is cute and the whole design is captivating but sadly everything is run down and a bit dingy. The food is really disappointing quality; the portions are large but not really good enough to want that much. The Galaxy diner did not disappoint. It appears they built the road around the diner. It’s a bit of an odd curve on Route 66. \nHe was so happy with the Liver and Onions and his fresh strawberry shake. The service was with a smile!
It’s a cute diner and we went here for dinner. Fast service and good food. He got the fish basket and I got the turkey platter. Maddie talked us into getting a milkshake as well. They have 100+ flavors to choose from, he got coffee and I got Orange Colada. The food and the shakes were both delicious. \nIf nothing else, one here and get a milkshake!!!
