A cute and cozy hidden gem Mexican restaurant with a little self serve bakery! I got the veggie burrito which is vegan and it was very good. It’s filled with fajitas, rice, beans, potatoes and guac, and came with two tasty salsas. The chips and salsa that come prior to the meal were also delicious! In addition to the restaurant, they have a small bakery with authentic Mexican baked sweet breads. It’s self serve so you just grab a bag or tray, some tongs, and load yourself...
Had the “Machete”. A handmade tortilla with choice of meat. I had Asada (steak). Very big and filling.
Rice and beans were delicious (but my Mom’s Spanish Rice still surpasses this).
I was alone, was seated in minutes, and had fast attentive service.
When you’re done eating, just go up to the front and pay. All via computers, no paper checks or “waiting on the bill”.
$20 meal a little much for lunch, as well as a $3.00 Diet Coke.

I have been living in Flagstaff for a while due to studying there and I was really happy to know there was a Mexican bakery! It may not be big but knowing my comfort bread is there I miss back home a little less. I love that they also show events! Today my friends are going to one and it looks exciting! The agua frescas are really good too!
