Himalayan Grill is a great place with fantastic food and prompt service. The keema Samosa appetizer was perfect with a unique dip, and the onion pakora was also a perfect appetizer, crisp without being greasy. The chicken chau-chau and variety of naan were delicious, while the chana masala at "medium-plus" spice level packed more heat than the "hot" spice level at many other Indian spots. Gluten-free and vegan options are available, making it a great choice for many diners. Both the basmati rice and papadum were subtly seasoned with cumin seeds, adding just the right depth of flavor to round out the meal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. The ambience is inviting, with traditional Nepal motifs adorning the walls and soft instrumental music playing in the background. A perfect spot for a delicious meal with friends or family!
