HuHot was Sooo good!!! we stopped in and we’re so glad we did! you select what ingredients you’d like- a ton of variety to choose; plenty of veggies, meats, seafood, etc and then you select what sauce and they have many recipes you can follow or choose on your own. Then they wok grill it right in front of you, and it had the best Mongolian grill taste, and the flavors were delicious . There was a chef/cook named Sam that was just a delight. They only had one guy on the grill and too many people to support so both times going up, that guy was hustling but the meat and noodles were overcooked. Also, the meats weren’t being restocked fast enough for the amount of people in the restaurant.

I love going here. It is a buffet so keep that in mind. Their selection of protein is pretty nice, they also have a large selection of sauces. It costs around $20 a person so it isn't cheap, but considering the quality and amount, and what fast food is these days it's pretty good.
