I have a severe gluten allergy and felt so cared for here. The drive-thru was quick and efficient, and the gal taking my order was very sweet and patient with me while I was ordering with my allergy. We accidentally ordered incorrectly, and some of my ingredients were contaminated, and the employees were kind, quick, and apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault). After we left, there was a mishap on my end and more of my ingredients were contaminated. We went back in, and they were, again, SO kind and patient, replacing my ingredients for the third time. Shoutout to Jenevieve and the crew, you guys are amazing!

The price compared to quality is low! This is by far my favorite fast food burger! It’s no wonder why they’re famous. I get the double-cheese, double-burger with no lettuce & light on the onion. The fries are sooo goood too! Get extra spread sauce on the side for dipping them.

Customer service was great. However, food quality has taken a nose-dive. We've eaten at plenty of In-N-Out Burgers over the years in AZ & CA, but this! Horrible! Bun was thick & very dry, no flavor, meat was the same and the fries, well, they didn't even look or taste like potatoes. Ppl have noted it - a cross between cardboard and sponge, and we agree! The Dr Pepper soda was so sweet and syrupy. Very disappointed! We threw out half our lunch. Bad choice of our $19 lunch. In-N-Out Burger used to be our guilty pleasure when we came back to AZ and to visits. Sad that it's not the same. A location is coming soon to our new hometown in TN. Not sure we're willing to try it. Sorry In-N-Out Burger, you've missed the mark by the looks of more than just a few of us.

Awesome food and nice location. The service was very friendly and even let us eat outside food there since they had no chicken option. The food was very tasty and the beverages were also very tasty and there wandere refill.
Vegetarian options: Now veggie option other than fires

Fries tasted like cardboard. I guess they were 2 days old or something, really gross.... the double-double was ok but not better than a double-whopper. The coke was mainly ice with 2 sips of soda. I don't have to come back
