Chili's has become frozen, over processed, just like Dennys. Why would a restaurant charge you for using table entertainment while you WAIT for THEM to prepare your food? Flagstaff restaurant was freezing, waitresses were wearing heavy sweaters. We had just hiked the mountain so needed warmth, and good food, made wrong choice choosing Chili's. Used to be a favorite. Not going back.
Such a good vibe place, place was packed tho...food was great...only thing that threw me from 5 stars was a runner that brought out the drinks, put our sodas down and I asked her which one was diet because my sister is diabetic and she told me to just taste the drinks to see which one was hers.. other wise the servicer was super and took care of us
Samantha is amazing!!! Was super slammed and she still gave us so much attention and got food out quick. Give her a raise!

The burger meal special actually costs less than some fast food these days. The service can be exceptional, with servers like Hadley who go above and beyond to make the experience genuinely enjoyable. She is attentive, friendly, and quick to meet every need. The big smasher burger and the $6 berry dragon marg are delicious. Overall, Chili's is a recommended spot for a night out or staycation.
