Brandy's was a wonderful breakfast stop. In fact we ate there all three days during our stay in Flagstaff. We ordered something different each day. The oat pancake was the size of the dinner plate. Chayce was our server and she was amazing.
We got a vegan scramble with hash brown, and an omelet with a side of pancakes.
The food was just okay. We could pick only 2 fillings for the omelette which seems too little. And the omelet wasn’t flavorful enough.
I appreciate them having vegan sausage and vegan egg options but I was underwhelmed with the taste. Probably two dishes isn’t enough to comment and I’d wanna try the vegan French toast and Cajun scramble...

Clearly marked vegan options include Vegan Breakfast Burrito with Just Egg & sausage. And vegan French toast. Other things for breakfast could be made vegan with easy swap. We got the burritos, with hash browns. Although a bit on the oily side it was tasty. Fruit was a side option too, which would be a healthier choice.
