La Cura Mexican Food offers incredible food with great portions and extremely flavorful dishes. The owners are genuinely great people, and there is a lot of pride in the way they cook. The Tacos de Adovada with pineapple are absolutely incredible, perfectly marinated, juicy, and packed with flavor. The asada tacos are well seasoned, so tender, and garnished with fresh onions and cilantro. The quesabirria tacos are the best in Flagstaff, and the carnitas tacos are highly recommended. Both the red and green salsa are very tasty and compliment the dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The mini tacos still had big portions, and the grilled onions were the cherry on top. The agua chile was a huge portion and absolutely loved. The quality and taste is better or equal to little gems found in southern AZ or So Cal. This spot is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican food.
