The mocha latte was exceptional - a great delicate cocoa flavor, cinnamon, & a perfect amount of cayenne. But get this - turns out I stumbled upon an atole tasting - something I had never heard of before. Ai was the atole chef, and the flight of 3 atoles they made had so much diversity! Savory, tangy, semi-sweet, sweet, complex - WOW. I feel amazingly nourished. A top highlight of my trip to Flag!

Owner has a master's degree and studied in central America, very knowledgeable about coffee and coffee beans. Made excellent suggestions and switched my order to a different bean, and made an incredibly rich and flavorful cup of coffee for the road. Also very friendly and great life experience, I recommend striking up a conversation.

Delicious. My husband ordered the cold brew and I got a cortado. We shared a banana nut muffin. The cold brew had a lighter fruity flavor and the cortado was rich and tasty. Service was prompt and she was so kind to answer our questions! Would come back!

☕ Flagstaff charm in a cup. This cute lil coffee shop is the perfect detour from the corporate grind. The staff was Super friendly, with a laid-back vibe.

🌲 Local flavor, cozy energy. It’s a refreshing change of pace—no rush, no sterile counters, just good coffee and good people. Whether you’re road-tripping through or just escaping the usual, it’s a spot that invites you to slow down and actually enjoy your drink.

🪑 Pull up a chair, sip something warm, and let Flagstaff do its thing.

Excellent coffee shop. It’s a pleasure to visit a coffee shop where the staff are knowledgeable about their product and can explain how the product is truly sourced through fair practice instead of just an inflated marketing claims. Katrina was very friendly and a great source of information about the coffee.
