It was busy, but it appeared that available personnel were not managed effectively. We had to wait too long for our breakfast items and they were delivered seperately. Not together. I don't know if we arrived during a rush, but workers were not prepared to provide for the volume that was present.

The lady taking my order through the Drive-Thru was pretty rude, and she was on her phone when I pulled up. Also, they forgot our sauces and I had to remind them, and when I did the lady had some attitude. Not a terrible experience but I definitely feel like they could work on their customer service. Also the food was slightly cold.

We came here for a quick and cheap breakfast on our way out of flagstaff and were stunned to find out that the 5 breakfast sandwiches plus one hashbrown we got was $45!!
I was so stunned that I looked up the price of the same food from a McDonald’s in my hometown and found out the same food would have been $25 today instead of $45.
The food was not good enough to warrant the extreme pricing- you may as well get breakfast...
