We are in Flagstaff for 2 weeks.What a pleasant surprise we had when we visited the Mix on Laroux to purchase Matador coffee beans. Eli, the Barista, was welcoming and so engaging! Knowledgeable about the types of Matador coffee. Even told us about a few places to visit . Great example of customer service. Told him that we would return Monday for another latte and scone from Flagstaff Baking … and some Tangletown tea
Got a Honey Lavender iced latte and it was delicious! The staff at the counter was the sweetest person ever, I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her kudos. It was around 5:40 if that helps!
The absolute kindest people I’ve ever interacted with, and it was probably the best lavender matcha I’ve ever had. Staff was knowledgeable, sweet, and friendly. If I’m ever in the area again def going back!
