We ordered the Shrimp Salad, Pho Dac Biet, and Shaken Beef Rice. As a Vietnamese, I truly appreciate that right here in the middle of Flagstaff, they’re bringing authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the community. The Shaken Beef Rice was absolutely delicious: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Pho and Salad were decent, though we might just be a bit picky when it comes to our own food. I would give it a five stars if there were pictures that went along with the menu. In any case, this restaurant has the best tasting Pho in town and fair prices compared to PHO Vietnamese. PHO Vietnamese is way OVER priced and their flavors are salty so go there if you want horrible food and pay $7 to $8 extra.
