Big Beef Sandwich
Back up the trailer because we got a ½ lb. of shaved ribeye beef in here. Then we add roasted Poblano peppers, caramelized red onions, Havarti cheese and our chef's special sauce. Careful, there's a little kick to this cow.
The Original Italian Stuffed
We stuff about a ½ lb. of pepperoni, capicola and salami into an Italian roll, add provolone, and bake this baby to perfection! Then we add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, black olives and oil & vinegar dressing sprinkled with some dried oregano.

Havent been here in a while was underwhelming in the past but today Hannah waited on us And we had an amazing experience we didn't just have dinner she provided a dinner experience. Thank you Hannah remember drink lots of water and thank you Oreganos for hiring great people

Our first time eating here and I’m so glad we did! They exceeded our expectations for sure! The food was SO good! Our server was Alex and he was just great! We plan on making this our spot when we come through Flagstaff.
