“So this happend around 7pm-9pm on 07/15/2026. I was doing doordash delivery yesterday and I initially had an issue because Panda Express was out of the drink that my customer wanted and it took a while for my customer to respond to me when I asked for an alternate drink option, so I was frustrated with the situation because I had another order to pick up for a different customer afterwards.
A male Hispanic worker then offered to fill up the drink with the best alternative since the customer initially wanted the cherry coke flavor so the worker filled it up with coke instead. He also provided me a complimentary drink for my time. I don't eat fastfood but with that kind of quality service it's very tempting, thank you for helping me and making the delivery experience easier. The other workers did their best to help as well.“
“I personally don’t eat Panda Express as I am gluten free but I went into one here in Flagstaff for my son for the first time ever and the experience was so amazing I had to write a review. The girls behind the counter and at the register were so nice and helpful as I had no idea how to order meals or sides. They explained everything 3x with a smile on their face. Amazing Service is JUST as important as the food if you ask me! These girls were amazing on East Marketplace in Flag“
