This pizza is no longer acceptable. Over the past few months, we get nothing but cold tasteless pizza with zero toppings. It is sad. This used to be our go to quick, easy, and frugal option. We are done!

The pizza was really good, the girl working was sweet but the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks tasted like straight up vodka/tequila. Smelled so strong of it, and tasted like it extremely bad. As someone who’s 4 months pregnant, this was a nice scare and I’m sure it wasn’t anything but I had 4 other people smell and taste it, and they all agreed that it smelled/tasted like vodka too. It was extremely liquidy too, not to mention. I’m not sure, maybe it wasn’t a big issue but just a small warning incase anyone else had the same issues.

Ordered three pizzas and had a special offer where if I spent at least $20 I would get free cheesy garlic bread showed pictures to the worker Oscar or auster or whatever his name is and he refused to give me my free item, regardless of all of the proof that I had I even showed him that there was something going on with the app and clearly it shows it was processed and done today but yet it didn’t even show all three of my pizzas on the order in my recent orders He didn’t really give a shit and I didn’t get my free item especially after spending over $60.

Customer service for Papa Johns has gone to crap the last couple years. I just ordered food through the app and they canceled my order. And then tried to use the excuse that I didn’t have a valid phone number on the app which is not true. The phone number I have on the app is the same phone number I’ve had for two years and the same phone number that I just called them from. I’m done doing business with Papa Johns because every time I try to do business with them, it turns into a hassle I will start gladly going to their competitors.
I usually don't eat pizza often but I was excited to have warm food after not eating anything all day. But the night guy was extremely rude and unfriendly. we say hi and he asks what I need and I say meat lovers pizza. He scoffs at my request and I ignore it because I'm a server and deal with people all the time so no big deal. The real problem starts when I ask him about a menu item and he gives a half answer with an attitude and it didn't clear anything up. I realized I'm not welcome, just pay for the pizza and make a mental note dominos next time. The whole unpleasant interaction is wrapped up with a pizza cooked well but not a single hint of flavor, the toppings poorly placed on the top. Then finally it made me sick as hell but I can't prove it was the pizza that did it so I can't say . So please try not to stop by when he works this whole situation has made me never want to come back or recommend it.

I order a lot of Papa Johns and every time I order a papadia and ask for pizza dipping sauce and sometimes pay extra for it. I never get it I get garlic sauce instead… This has happened several times where I don’t get the sauce I request. Just double check the customers preferences.

We order a couple times at this location and it was all fine until this last time, we called first of all the guy sounded so unmotivated, and took our order taking his sweet time, took all the info, address and card info, and said it would took 30 to 40 min wait we wait an hour and decide to drive there and found out it was already closed!🤬, when we gave all the information the guy required, i mean how hard is for you to say that you don't want to make the order and save us all the waste of time!!!??? It's the fact that it was 2 hours before they closed, i would definitely not recommend to place an order in the night, since you might be taking the risk of been scammed! We will definitely not be costumers anymore.
