My wife and I headed up north for a concert and had the pleasure of dining at Pato Thai Cuisine. This is hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. We started with the chicken satay and veggie rolls and for our entrees we had yellow curry and pad see ewe. The Curry's rich bold flavors were decadent and the noodles had the most amazing wok hei. If you're in Flagstaff you can't miss this gem and it's even worth a two and a half hour drive up north!

In the past year I've eaten at every Thai/Himalayan restaurant in Flagstaff. Pato Thai is far and away the best. Papaya salad is always fresh. Delicious curries. I have Celiac's so all my choices are gluten free. Wish they had GF vegetarian spring rolls.

Best Thai in Flagstaff. Wonderful service and menu. Thai beer very good. We ordered very hot and food met all expectations. I would recommend medium spice and increase with chili oil if needed. Excellent lunch choices very reasonable.
