If you are visiting Flagstaff, grabbing a pie from Pizzicletta inside Dark Sky Brewing Co. is an absolute must. Kinda pricey for a pizza with not a lot of toppings coverage. Outer 1/3 of the pizza was just sauce and the rest of the pie had a conservative amount of main toppings. The thin pizza crust was tasty and cooked just right though. Have to give it an overall “just ok” rating.
Great patio, way too loud inside. Great beer variety and prompt and friendly service. Caesar salad underwhelming. Dressing needed more kick. Pizza would have been excellent but crust was too doughy / under cooked. Great sauce, cheese and toppings but the lackluster, limp crust kind of ruined it. Maybe order yours crispy.
