Delicious boba! Best boba in flagstaff and the cutest, quaint shop. I always ordered the taro milk tea and it's perfect every time.

Came in here to get a birthday present for my daughter. I live in a very small town so it’s hard to find hello kitty stuff and my oldest is obsessed with hello kitty. As I walked in the store I was greeted with a very big smile and a super helpful employee. She helped me find my daughter’s favorite character melody and showed me tons of other hello kitty stuff they had. 10 out of 10 experience all around!

The atmosphere at this place is awesome, and the staff did a great job! They have a wide selection of anime and other delightful items to sell. However, the food was disappointing. Our ramen was way over-saturated, and the chicken tasted dry and over-marinated, like it had been sitting in a six pan from last week (IYKYK). On top of that, the boba was too sweet for our taste, which is a bit of a letdown since we’re used to it from other places around Flagstaff. I commend their spirit and wish them well. Maybe it was just an off day. We’ll definitely try again on our next outing.

This location is super cute. Not a fan of ordering off touch-screens, but I was able to order at the counter.

We ordered the Japanese Curry, and just like Paula D said, the chicken katsu on tap was hard and dry.

The Taro Tornado and Strawberry milk tea drinks with Boba were much too sweet.

We did end up purchasing a very cute Kagome from Inuyasha. Essentially this place is kawaii overload, but dont expect much from the consumables.

The food was amazing! Nothing I have ever had before. The service was also great! Although, the wait time for three to go ramen plus two lychee drinks was a bit longer than expected. Overall loved the food!

I ordered a veggie pad thai and they gave me a chicken pad thai. I had to throw it out due to religious beliefs against eating meat. I ordered a Thai tea and my boba was burnt so my tea tasted awful towards the end. For whatever reason, my husband's order was good and made perfectly. He had no complaints. Wish I could get a refund for my order.

Tried this place for the first time and it was beyond what i was expecting. I had the ramen with chicken and a matcha boba tea. They were excellent! I've never had ramen like that before and i really enjoyed it. The chicken in it was really good. We ordered at the kiosk and that was pretty simple. The seating area is rather small but we were taking it to go anyway. The drink was ready very quickly and was very good. It was a little hard to hear the lady at the counter but when our food was ready she got our attention and was very nice. The containers they use are reusable and we really like that. I'm still using the cup the tea came in. I appreciate it when businesses are mindful of sustainability even if not everyone will reuse their containers. Overall great experience and i recommend it to all.

Unique and delicious drinks with a cute and inviting atmosphere! The Bumble Bee Boba drink tastes like luxury grade honey and the Thai Tea is so creamy and rich with no weird aftertaste like some other places. Friendly service with cute snack and souvenir options!! What a hidden gem, would highly recommend if you're tired of the usual Boba flavors other places offer.

So cute! The staff are really nice and helped us pick our drinks. We got a passion fruit tea and lychee fruit tea with popping boba. Highly recommend. We loved both and will definitely be back!

Cute chic little shop. Walked in for Milk cake and got that exactly. It was very tasty and light. Next time I'll get a beverage but from what I saw walking out if the shop everything looking amazing!
