Came in here to get a birthday present for my daughter. I live in a very small town so it’s hard to find hello kitty stuff and my oldest is obsessed with hello kitty. As I walked in the store I was greeted with a very big smile and a super helpful employee. She helped me find my daughter’s favorite character melody and showed me tons of other hello kitty stuff they had. 10 out of 10 experience all around!

The atmosphere at this place is awesome, and the staff did a great job! They have a wide selection of anime and other delightful items to sell. However, the food was disappointing. Our ramen was way over-saturated, and the chicken tasted dry and over-marinated, like it had been sitting in a six pan from last week (IYKYK). This location is super cute. Not a fan of ordering off touch-screens, but I was able to order at the counter.

We ordered the Japanese Curry, and just like Paula D said, the chicken katsu on tap was hard and dry.

The Taro Tornado and Strawberry milk tea drinks with Boba were much too sweet.
