Got my drink in under two minutes today - AND they extra lime I ordered was worth it - could actually taste it (Diet Coke and lime is my usual and it usually doesn’t taste like someone squeezed the lime or added the extra wedge that I paid for- so todays experience made me happy ?)I’m a regular and have always loved sonic and try to tip every time - today’s team was excellent - friendly and quick ! I hope this location stays on the up and up. Sonic was my first job as a teenager and so I’m always rooting for our local stores to be awesome ? ?

Total disgrace. And NO I am "not" calling the 1-800 number to speak with owner or corporate. It's a waste of time dealing with these pathetic losers at this location as nothing will ever be done about it because the owner allows it . Very disrespectful workers and always screwing up orders and losing orders. A turtle moves faster than they do. Always giving attitude problems No matter how many complaints anyone makes it is useless. Just read all the reviews about this place. It is not coming from just 1 person. Shutting this location down would be a blessing but not ever gonna happen with a incompetent owner. He does not care what customers go through as long as money is going into his pockets.

Im very UPSET WE COME YESTERDAY WITH MY FAMILY AND WE HAD 3 CARS WITH KIDS OK FIRST WHEN YOUNG LADY WAS TAKING OR ORDERS MIND YOU WE IN DIFFERENT CARS SHE HAD A BAD ORDER TAKING NOT ONLY THAT SHE FORGOT SOMETHINGS OK GREAT BUT THEY WAY SHE SAID IT AND TOOK OUR ORDERS WAS NOT NICE I GET IT BIG ORDER BUT WHEN SHE TOOK THE OTHER PEOPLE NEXT TO ME SHE WAS ALL GIGGLE'S AND ??OK HERE COMES OUR FOOD I ORDER TWO KIDS MEALS WITH CHICKEN FRIES WELL THE KIDDOS COULDN'T EAT THEM HARD LIKE BEEN THERE FEW DAYS OK WE TOLD MANAGER ALL SHE SAID WAS SHE WAS SORRY AND WE WHERE THE 3RD COMPLAINED ABOUT HER WELL NEVER DID SHE SAY SHE WOULD RELACE THE FOOD HERE THE KICKER WE STILL TIPPED HER 15 BUCKS WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN NOT ONLY THAT KIDS DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAYED FOR THIS IS A DAM SHAME HOW PEOPLE TREAT PEOPLE IM ????FOR THIS STORE THE QUESTION IS HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAS THEY DONE THIS TO I FEEL LIKE SHE THEY DONT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE TRUST BE TOLD HER ANYWAY PS WE BRUNG THE ? Unfortunately I come here before work every day and normally I have really good service but today it has taken them so far 30 minutes to bring my order out and I still have not gotten it. Do not come to the sonic if you are trying to get to work on time.

Delivery-the lady taking our order was rude, she started by saying HELLOOOOO even tho we were clearly speaking our order! Then she started raising her voice n said we were lying!! We are tired coming from work!!! I don’t cuss but she started pushing my buttons with that attitude, wow she was just comfortable the way she was RUDE!! Last time I bring my business here!! Never been treated this way EVER we will stick with Burger King!! The poor server apologized for her bc the rude lady didn’t add hatch green chili to our order!!

Ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and a side of chili cheese Fries. Order was completely messed up. No pickles. I asked for no mayo. There was extra mayo. And they put tots instead of my chili fries. And no straw with my drink. I would not order from this place.

Alexandra proceeded to give bad customer service after nicely asking her how much longer it would take to get our order. We waited 30+ mins for a couple meals. After her & her coworkers told me it would take longer because there was “a lot of corn dog orders” i walked back to my car & waited 20 more mins. She then brought the food out & i asked her for ranch she took 10 mins to bring it out to me. i then realized she also gave us the wrong order as well. Will never come back to this location again & i do not recommend this location. This location is tan by morning but teenagers. Managers need to be on duty at all times & fix problems like this w/ workers like her. Do Better Sonic.

Put In a door dash order at 7pm. They (sonic) canceled the order and said "resteraunt couldn't fufill" so we drove to them... open sign was turned off. Employees inside had to take my.order because the app is disabled. Something sketchy going on when there are 3 people working and no one can place an order other than show up and demand it. Sounds like people trying to avoid any extra work on a Friday night. Yes, I will call the franchise owner to escalate. ?
