Got my $25 worth of cold food, cold tots, cold burgers, no dipping sauce that was asked for or maple syrup for French toast sticks. Tried to press red button to get sauces and syrup, waited an additional ten minutes, at that point food was inedible. I have never tried sonic before and won’t again.
This is the worst service of any sonic I have tried. The guy will answer the food call with, "it'll be 30 minutes before we can get your order", hoping you will drive off. If you say ok, I want a milk shake and I'll wait, you get the milk shake in 4mins 23 seconds. WHY? This has happen more than once to me.
