Starbucks in Flagstaff

“My drink was perfect and made quickly with it being busy. This is a very happy location. The baristas seem happy to be there and to make whatever ridiculous coffee concoction I come up with. I also witnessed something sweet. An older gentleman dropped his drink right outside the front door. He came back inside to report the mess. A young lady named Lexi thanked him immediately and offered to remake his drink immediately. Then when she was able to, she went outside and cleaned it up. PROPERLY! Hot water, scrubby brush thing. Thorough! My last Starbucks experience in Phoenix was caca. This location brought that happiness and trust right back. Great job to the 89A team!“

“Tried the pistachio flavoring...Not a fan, even though I love pistachios..the batista suggested I try the blonde blend which was very smooth, I really enjoyed the space given with tables and chairs. Being disabled its difficult to stand long periods of time and since covid, many places took chairs away and they haven't returned...Safeway / Starbucks took this into consideration & the experience was pleasant...“

“I actually don't like coffee but I'm not gonna diss a coffee shop for selling coffee. I'm sure they're awesome. I can say that the Safeway they're in is awesome. I can wear my face shield and not be harassed so big thumbs up from me???????????????“

“Great location with a clean lounge and a drive through. Easy parking, perfect stop while cruising down route 66. It was quiet when I got here at 6:30 on a Friday morning. Staff were busy cleaning and stocking. Everyone was smiling snd having a nice morning 🤠“

“Dropped my son off at school after Christmas break. Me and my husband sat at the bar eating our sandwiches. The girl at the register was so sweet. Megan. And the manger, Tami was lightening fast and so personable. She made us feel at home and was so kind. Clean, fast, friendly. Love it and will be coming back to this store when we come to visit out son. Keep up the good work Starbucks!“

“Ordered machiato tea latte, iced Frappuccino with whipped cream , and couple of hot cocoa. It is located inside Basha's. It had some seating, but mostly, it is a takeout place. The barista was very friendly and cheerful . The drinks were very good, especially the machiato tea latte“

“Starbucks has become too slow Despite having a lot of staff. I think the by system wide massive success over the last decades has bred a certain over confidence and complacency iin the overall experience. Beware Starbucks, of the massive success of Dutch Bro:s, albeit on a much smaller company scale.“

“The service was friendly and the coffee was good. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because I think they are very overpriced. 1 coffee should not cost that much money! I wish Flagstaff had QT stores. Yes they are a gas station and convenience store but they are unlike any other and their coffee is amazing at a very reasonable price! Anyway, the coffee at Starbucks is good and I like that they make their whipped cream from scratch it's so tasty. But I just don't think you should have to pay that much for coffee.“

“I don't usually drink coffee so I can't say much about their drinks, but their pastries and desserts are good. Staff was always helpful, once it happened that they were out of something that I pre-ordered online so when I got there they offered to give me basically anything else instead of it. Place is pretty chill, I think it's a good spot to catch up with some work and grab some snacks, especially during the winter months when it's too cold to sit anywhere outside.“

“This one is ok.I went to one once and asked the girl what she would reccomend for cold drinks and she pointed over her shoulder to the menu...said no words. I walked away and bought coffee somewhere else.This one is ok tho. I'm not sure why they ask me to spell my name if they're gonna add an e at the end anyway. Shrug.“

“I’m here on a busy Monday and Barista Cassidy is working here ALONE, holding it down all by herself and doing a bang-up job. She’s not flustered or stressed, she’s calm, pleasant, and polite to everyone. I just thought someone should know.“
