Starbucks in Prescott

“Isaac is the real MVP. I ordered a trenta, I paid for a trenta, and I did not get a trenta. Isaac remade it right away and even walked it over to where I was sitting and apologized (even though I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even his fault). Thanks, Isaac!“

“What a wonderful experience yesterday! The guy at this Starbucks was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with good conversation and excellent service. My drink tasted amazing too! It was such a good experience that I found out who his manager was to let her know how great he was, and she was super sweet and kind as well. She went out of her way to let me know how happy she was with the feedback and was just all around awesome too. I’m grateful that these two good-hearted, cheerful people work there because I can see that their caring customer service spreads joy through our community, and that rocks!“

“One of the best Starbucks bc of the staff. I went regularly over the two weeks I was in Prescott in transition to a move to Tucson.

Whomever is the manager here is doing something right! All of the staff I interacted with were consistently kind, fun, and friendly, and I loved the positive notes they wrote on cups. If only every coffee shop was like this one!“

“Samantha was kind and quick and made exactly what I wanted. She was exceptional! I was taken back that they cant accept tips at this location, as I only even support Starbucks for the people there. When you read this review and see the others about the young people working...remind yourself, you are paying for the brand, and the brand is not a high end ordeal. If it was, they'd pay better and train better. Give the young folks a chance, we all start somewhere! 5 out of 5 for the team members, 3 out of 5 for the coffee itself(and the employees didnt make the recipes either)“

“Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!“

“It's a typical grocery store Starbucks, nothing overly impressive about the atmosphere but it's nice! The food is always good, not outstanding, but it is a chain cafe, and I enjoy the treats I get.

What particularly stands out to me is the service. Everyone is always friendly and attentive, and understanding even when they are busy.

Harper has been my barista the last couple visits I've had here, and she's absolutely amazing! Very sweet, very kind, and very patient. Their drinks are made with lots of love and care! (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)“
