Every time i order my drinks will vary and im SO TIRED of it. It’s always unnoticeable things like pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon, something i only notice when i get home. I pay like 7 bucks for these drinks. I say my order SO specifically for this exact reason. and it’s WRITTEN ON THE CUP!!! GUYS PLEASE LOCK IN I KNOW YOU BUSY BUT COME ON

I love this Starbucks, especially being a student at NAU. But this morning I had a bad experience. I ordered an iced Chai and a warmed butter croissant. I instantly got my croissant but I was waiting 25 minutes for my Chai, and it wasn't busy much at all. When I asked them about it, there was a finished caramel macchiato under my name. They made me a new Chai in literally under 5 seconds but I shouldn't have to wait only for it to be not what I ordered.

i pray for the employees nightly bro working here would be a nightmare but they do so well. on God everyone deserves a raise

Everytime I order here they NEVER make my drink correctly, maybe some training needs to be done but you can tell they don’t know their own menu because they will give you the closes drink that they can find to that and give you whatever. Personally had a bad experience every time, even if I bring a friend to order with me?
