We did a mobile order. We went through the drive thru and our 2 drinks were ready and made to perfection! Thank you for giving us that coffee boost on our road trip through Flagstaff!
Everytime I order here they NEVER make my drink correctly, maybe some training needs to be done but you can tell they don’t know their own menu because they will give you the closes drink that they can find to that and give you whatever. Personally had a bad experience every time, even if I bring a friend to order with me?
This Starbucks seemed to be virtually brand new the Friday morning we stopped in. Everything was clean, the air inside was well circulated, and the baristas were busy mixing up most any drink imaginable. One barista in particular quickly took our order and helped us with the merchandise. She even asked us where we were from and offered some helpful tips on the best overlooks on the Grand Canyon (our next destination). Her friendly demeanor was THE standard every Starbucks employee...
