I stopped in on the way back to the Grand Canyon and got some coffee. The staff is so friendly and they seem to love working there. I appreciated all the communication and greetings, you don’t see that a lot. It’s a great Starbucks to visit in Flagstaff, AZ.

My drink was perfect and made quickly with it being busy. This is a very happy location. The baristas seem happy to be there and to make whatever ridiculous coffee concoction I come up with. I also witnessed something sweet. An older gentleman dropped his drink right outside the front door. He came back inside to report the mess. A young lady named Lexi thanked him immediately and offered to remake his drink immediately. Then when she was able to, she went outside and cleaned...
