Give them a chance and leave an honest review.Rude staff very short with customers is the main point here been a Starbucks member since 2001. Very disappointed with this store this is the second offense. I let them slide the first bad situation. This is the last straw. I love Starbucks. I hate this location. My parents used to say hate is a very strong word and so is love. I mean it.It's a shame because I have never disliked any Starbucks.I had the staff mock me in open air. I kept quiet because I have witnessed them treat others disrespectful and get away with it. Probably because the area and they work hard. Working hard is not a pass to do as you please with corporate guests and is not job security. Management check yourself please and thank you. You have a few really good apples here who are bright and pleasant. And others who judge guests wrongful and wear it openly. They are your key staff sadly. Also Starbucks is not cheap and the loss of even one daily customer is big. Change your personal values while at work.This is sad and disappointing. Your team is some of the first people we see in the mornings and you play a key role in the community. Your regulars see this quietly don't get too comfortable. And remember we can all see you behind that counter and conversation is more than words it's body language. Sometimes being short is used to be rude and it's no excuse that your busy. We all are busy. It takes one second to make or break someones morning or customer experience. And thinking your Starbucks the customer will always come back ... Your wrong and we have seen this happen to many companies in the past.Thank you for taking this review seriously and for the read.

I've only been to this location a few times, but when I go inside I feel awkward. I'm not welcomed the way I am at other Starbucks locations that are inside grocery stores. They are knowledgeable about the drinks when I have questions so for that I really appreciate it. They aren't full stocked on the floor with different coffee either, they only have a lot of the holiday stuff. So I had to ask for the Pike Place I was looking for. I didn't know the coffee came in whole beans, so I had to go back in and ask for it to be grinned. The person helping me seemed a little annoyed. I wish they would ask if we need it grinned or not when we purchase, that would help any confusion customers may have if they aren't familiar with Starbucks. Overall a good experience still.

Morgan, the store manager, is horrible and I don’t even have to work there to notice it. I feel bad for anyone who would have to be around her for even an hour.

Hands down the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly very welcoming great attitudes all around. Our cashier deserves a lot of praise she was amazing! Also, in contrast with many other Starbucks I’ve been to-all staff here was clean, professional, not slovenly. Overall great experience.

The store manager, Morgan, is verbally and mentally abusive to the employees at this location, resulting in a high turnover of staff as well as an extremely toxic and hostile environment for partners and customers alike. She would much rather prioritize profit margins and her rise up the corporate ladder than the well-being of her employees and the Flagstaff community.I will never return to nor make a purchase at this location as long as she is “manager” there.For those visiting Flagstaff or even those who are loyal customers of Starbucks, I urge you to spend your dollars at the many wonderful local coffee shops here in town.*Quick shoutout to the amazing baristas and shift supervisors who are doing their best to serve their community under such a terrible and egotistical leader

The store manager (Morgan) was reported to the Chief of Police & head Sargeant with the Flagstaff Police Dept. in October 2023 for failing to handle a safety issue in the cafe - a dangerous man carrying a knife who began harassing me. There were 4 other witnesses who supported me in standing up to the man. The manager however did nothing & had stared me down during the 4 hours I was in the cafe studying & working on my laptop; her behavior towards me was already hostile & aggressive before the harassment began from a male customer with a knife who was displaying erratic & strange behavior. Instead of handling it, Morgan had asked me to leave the cafe & not return & I told her I was already leaving & that she didn't even have to ask, that I would never want to come back to such a poorly managed store & I don't deal with aggressive women who clearly have issues with confident female customers. Morgan contacted a personal contact (a police officer she knew personally, red flags...) & she told him that I wouldn't leave which was a false report of the situation (which is a criminal offense) & with 4 or 5 other witnesses present to this event, & none were interviewed. I was already on my way out the door & had packed up my things when the officer arrived. Officer Hutchinson who was her personal friend & contact (red flags), he began questioning me & being rude & aggressive, unprofessional towards me & did not act in accordance with the law that day as member of the Arizona Police force. Officer Hutchinson showed bias, discrimination, & misogyny, & even made some sly remarks regarding me being a successful female entrepreneur. I ended the conversation immediately after I told him I studied Law as one of my focuses during university & graduated with my Bachelor's degree + Master's level coursework also. I know my legal rights & I refused to talk with him further & left immediately. Once my Uber arrived, Officer Hutchinson came out of the cafe & started yelling at me from the sidewalk to never come back there & threatened me. That kind of behavior from a police officer and store manager is unlawful & disgusting & the lowest type of behavior as members of society. They were both reported and are on record. As an educated entrepreneur & young female professional, I will never step foot in a Starbucks now, knowing that those types of people are allowed in your store & seeing that clearly sexual harassment, crime, & harassment from a police officer are allowed at Starbucks. Disgusting. Morgan should be fired, as should Officer Hutchinson. We don't need people like that serving the general public or an officer who clearly doesn't "protect & serve" the community. No thanks, I'll stick to my high-end craft coffee experiences during travels & my celebrity circles.

The team that works at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! I stopped in this morning for coffee and was blown away by how kind everyone at the Starbucks location was. Even though it was not even 5:30 in the morning they were so welcoming and cheerful! It was such a bright Start to my day

It's a place for people with no self control. Only losers go here. And there WiFi has somebody watching it that tries to hack and harass certain people or there phones. I personally think the FBI is monitoring this place.
