My drink didn’t taste the best, so I asked if it could be remade. This sweet girl helped me not once, not twice, but three times. The third time, she went above and beyond and made me a whole new drink. I might’ve scared her a little when I asked for her name, based on her reaction, but Ellie kept smiling the entire time I was there. I definitely recommend on going to this Starbucks. ❤️💚

The staff is super friendly and is mostly NAU student working here. The actual espresso shots are hit or miss depending how busy they are. Weekend espresso shots generally not work the price as it is made super fast and because of the amount of people visiting here for the weekend from Phoenix. I would avoid coming on the weekend. Also generally speaking Starbucks coffee has a burnt taste that you will only notice if you don’t put in all the sugary syrups and cold foam to mask...

Starbucks has become too slow Despite having a lot of staff. I think the by system wide massive success over the last decades has bred a certain over confidence and complacency iin the overall experience. Beware Starbucks, of the massive success of Dutch Bro:s, albeit on a much smaller company scale.
