Guests can enjoy dishes like papardelle Al Ragu and butternut ravioli, which are cooked to a perfect al dente. The butternut squash is highly recommended, and the Italian sausage add-on complements the ravioli without overpowering it, with just the right hint of fennel taste. The surf and turf, featuring filet mignon and prawns, is also a popular choice. For dessert, the flourless chocolate cake, drizzled with caramel and paired with Franco Serra Barolo, offers a super fudgy texture and great presentation.
